MtajiLink is a free ledger app that helps shopkeepers record sales, credit and debt payments. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not a bank, a lender or an accounting or tax service.
You must give correct information and keep your phone safe. You are responsible for what is recorded under your shop.
The records belong to you. You are responsible for their accuracy and for having the right to record your customers' names and debts.
Do not use MtajiLink for anything illegal, to record false information, to harm others, or to try to break or misuse the service.
We try to keep MtajiLink running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. The app works offline, but a lost or damaged phone, or cleared browser data, can cause records not yet synced to be lost. Please sync when you are online.
Reports are made from the records you enter. We are not responsible for decisions made using them.
MtajiLink is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for business losses or lost data that result from using the app.
You may stop using MtajiLink at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms. We will change the date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Kwa kutumia MtajiLink unakubali masharti haya na Sera yetu ya Faragha. Usipokubali, tafadhali usitumie programu.
MtajiLink ni programu ya daftari ya bure inayosaidia wafanyabiashara kuandika mauzo, mikopo na malipo ya madeni. Ni chombo cha kutunza kumbukumbu tu. Si benki, si taasisi ya mikopo, wala huduma ya uhasibu au kodi.
Lazima utoe taarifa sahihi na kulinda simu yako. Unawajibika kwa kinachorekodiwa chini ya duka lako.
Rekodi ni mali yako. Unawajibika kwa usahihi wake na kuwa na haki ya kuandika majina na madeni ya wateja wako.
Usitumie MtajiLink kwa jambo lolote lisilo halali, kuandika taarifa za uongo, kuwadhuru wengine, au kujaribu kuvunja au kutumia vibaya huduma.
Tunajitahidi MtajiLink iendelee kufanya kazi, lakini hatuahidi itapatikana kila wakati wala kuwa bila makosa. Programu inafanya kazi bila mtandao, lakini simu iliyopotea au kuharibika, au kufuta data ya kivinjari, kunaweza kusababisha rekodi ambazo hazijasawazishwa kupotea. Tafadhali sawazisha ukiwa mtandaoni.
Ripoti zinatengenezwa kutokana na rekodi unazoingiza. Hatuwajibiki kwa maamuzi yanayotokana nazo.
MtajiLink inatolewa "kama ilivyo". Kadri sheria inavyoruhusu, hatuwajibiki kwa hasara za biashara au upotevu wa data unaotokana na matumizi ya programu.
Unaweza kuacha kutumia MtajiLink wakati wowote. Tunaweza kusimamisha akaunti zinazovunja masharti haya.
Tunaweza kusasisha masharti haya. Tutabadilisha tarehe iliyo juu. Kuendelea kutumia programu kunamaanisha unakubali mabadiliko.
Masharti haya yanatawaliwa na sheria za Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania.
